This past Saturday, HudCo welcomed a winter edition of Wickers Creek Market, a thoughtfully curated vintage and antique market that brings character-rich finds to the Hudson River’s edge. Produced by Sara Peluso and Pascale Le Draoulec, the market reflects their shared love of estate sales, European brocantes, and objects made to last—pieces chosen as much for their story as their beauty. And, the market had so many vendors, it even expanded to one of the newly opened skylight spaces within Hudson River Landing!
Over the course of the day, HudCo filled with careful browsing, animated conversation, and the quiet satisfaction of a great find. Through Carly Jara’s lens, the market unfolds as a series of intimate moments—layered tables, tactile details, and a community drawn together by a shared appreciation for timeless design and thoughtful reuse.
Thanks to NewFriends Social Club
For those who brought their littles to the market, Melissa organized a support system — skilled childcare that could entertain while grownies shopped. We love everything about how Melissa is doing with NewFriends, do follow her Substack to keep up with what she’s going to think up next.
