Christy Knell

Co-Founder, CEO
Award-winning graphic designer and art director Christy Sheppard Knell is a founding partner and CEO of HudCo. Christy spent over a decade designing magazines including Martha Stewart Living, WIRED, Architectural Digest, and Vanity Fair. Building upon her relationships in the editorial world, Christy runs a creative agency, Knell and Co, that developed solutions for clients including J.Crew, IBM, and Microsoft. She serves on the Village of Dobbs Ferry Board of Trustees and has served on the board of the Rivertowns Chamber of Commerce. Christy relaxes by creating encaustic art and tending to her cut flower and vegetable garden.

Christina Cohen

Co-Founder, Chief Design Officer
Interior designer Christina Cohen is a founding partner and Chief Design Officer of HudCo. After earning her BS in interior architecture at a small liberal college in LA, she gained her expertise in commercial interiors at a top architectural firm in NYC where she designed spaces for top law firms, hedge funds, and other corporate projects. Her love of community in combination with a desire to be surrounded by inspiring spaces (even when in the ’burbs!) drove her to design HudCo and other commercial spaces. Christina serves as co-president of the Dobbs Ferry Schools Foundation and lives three minutes from HudCo, her kids’ schools, and Christy’s house.

Katherine Bagby

Co-Founder, COO
Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates Rehabilitation specialist Katherine Bagby is a founding partner and COO of HudCo. NYC was home to Katherine’s first business which offered physical therapy, massage, yoga, acupuncture, and Pilates. Upon moving to the suburbs, she started another private wellness practice in a shared office with Christy, Christina, and a variety of other professionals. Their work environment helped Kat attract new clients and promote her business and ultimately led her to develop the wellness program at HudCo. Katherine does life with her two children, husband, and a crazy mutt who will forever be a puppy.

Samantha Barr

General Manager

With a background spanning fashion, events, and floristry, Samantha Barr brings a thoughtful, imaginative spirit to her role at HudCo. She began her career at MZ Wallace and Loeffler Randall, always drawn to the collaborative side of creative work. As co-founder of The Photo Barr, a modern photo booth company she launched with her sisters, Sam combined photography and custom styling to elevate celebrations of all kinds. Later, her studies at the New York Flower School and work with Rosehip Social and Upper Village Blooms deepened her appreciation for seasonal design and detail. At HudCo, Sam curates programming that connects members, fosters creativity, and strengthens the region’s business community. When not at work, she can be found exploring Hudson Valley shops and markets or experimenting with new creative pursuits.

Andrew McManus

Experience Coordinator

Andrew McManus brings creativity and energy to his dual roles at HudCo—as Experience Coordinator by day and Event Captain by night. He ensures members and guests alike experience HudCo at its best, from daily operations to signature events. Andrew also co-leads Clink with Colleen, HudCo’s bar and mixology partner, known for inventive cocktails and inspired hospitality. Beyond HudCo, he contributes to Fashion Night Out as a producer, co-creative director, and model. He’s passionate about music, travel, and style—and enjoys downtime with his golden retriever, Mac.

Susannah Owen

Experience Coordinator

Susannah Owen has called Irvington home for 25 years, raising her family and building community as the owner of the former YogaWorks studio. At HudCo, she brings that same welcoming energy to her work as an experience coordinator, supporting members and guests with warmth and care. When she’s not at HudCo, Susannah leads yoga retreats and teaches classes throughout the Rivertowns. She loves the creative spirit that flows through HudCo and the chance to reconnect with neighbors old and new.

Shannon Horan

Events Coordinator

Shannon Horan has been with HudCo in various capacities since 2018, combining her background in sales and event management with a love of people and planning. Based in Virginia, she leads the coordination of HudCo’s events—from private celebrations to community gatherings—ensuring each feels personal and memorable. Her supportive, organized approach and eye for thoughtful detail make her a trusted partner to both members and guests. When she’s not managing events, Shannon is at home on the beach with her husband, children, and an endless supply of snacks.

Trinity Godfrey

Marketing Coordinator

Trinity Godfrey is the creative force behind the brand’s digital voice. A student at Mercy University, she manages social media and content strategy, crafting posts that capture HudCo’s vibrant energy and community spirit. Known for her wit, sharp eye, and occasional deep dive into social media trends, Trinity keeps HudCo’s online presence fresh and connected. Outside of work, she can usually be found reading at Picture Book or cheering for her favorite sports teams.

Sara Davidson

Owner, Picture Book

Sara Davidson launched her independent bookstore, Picture Book, inside HudCo in October 2020, inspired by a lifelong love of storytelling and design. A Skidmore College graduate, she previously worked in the contemporary art world at Chelsea galleries, Phillips Auction House, and Pace Gallery/Artifex Press, where she contributed to the catalogues raisonnés of Agnes Martin and Jim Dine as Senior Editor. Sara lives in Dobbs Ferry with her husband and two daughters and brings a curator’s eye to every book she selects. Whether hosting the literary fiction book club or recommending the perfect story, she’s passionate about connecting people through books.

Austin Furnas

Owner, Boxing Day Café

Originally from Australia, Austin Furnas brings decades of beverage experience to HudCo as owner of Boxing Day Café, launched in 2024. His career has spanned craft spirits, specialty coffee, and the growing non-alcoholic category—working with brands including Two James Distillery, Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, and Starward Australian Whisky. A lifelong barista, Austin fulfills his dream of running a café while building community from HudCo’s front counter. He’s grateful for the creative, focused energy the HudCo community brings to every day.

Cameron Toth

Owner, Toth Catering

Cameron Toth is the founder and CEO of Toth Catering, HudCo’s in-house catering and staffing partner for private events. With more than 25 years in hospitality, Cameron has managed operations for World Yacht, Flik International, and Cadbury Schweppes, and coordinated logistics for large-scale corporate and medical events. Along with HudCo’s day-of coordinator, the Toth Staffing team makes every private event run smoothly and elegantly. Cameron is passionate about mentorship and professional development, using every event as an opportunity to grow and inspire his team.
