It’s a space built by people just like you. HudCo was created by small business owners (and, conveniently, designers!) to bring other solo and small businesses together.

A sunlit, fully furnished 300 sq/ft room with sliding glass doors connecting you to the HudCo community. Built for teams who need their own space to think, plan, and work together. Ideal for:
- Small businesses & startups
- Founders running a growing team
- Strategy sessions & team sprints

Large Private Office
This 300 sq/ft room is built for people who want a door to close and a desk that’s truly theirs, with room full of natural light to share with their partner or team. Ideal for:
- Founders & executives who need a home base
- Small, established businesses
- Attorneys, accountants, or advisors who see clients by appointment

- One wall of north-facing casement windows
- Lounge seating for guests, breaks, or a quiet reset

Fractional Offices
These shared offices are reserved for you the same day every week, with access from 7a-8p. Soundproofed 100 sq/ft room thoughtfully appointed with one chair, small sofa, and desk with task chair. Ideal for:
