When you see a GIF of some fun pop culture reference saying some form of “hello,” you can correctly assume that we have a new list of some new HudCo members to discover. One of the greatest benefits of membership is all the fun people you can meet—for business, friendship, barter, lunch dates, long walks along the waterfront … Meet four new faces below!

Whitney Berkowsky

Profession & company: Surface Design/Graphic Design, Otto & Berk (Instagram)
Favorite local business: I’m not sure I can only pick one! I’m a huge fan of The Swan’s House in Tarrytown, her finds are stunning. I’ve also been doing a lot of shopping at in2green Pop Up and Suburban Renewal since moving here.
What you’re listening to: Right now I’m really into a new single from Khai Dreams called Flowers.
Fun fact:
I’m originally from Cleveland, OH, and am a huge Cavaliers fan.

Ariana King

Favorite local business: Always love Harper’s bar or back garden.
Favorite tip for staying focused:
When all else fails, go for a run!
Fun fact: I used to teach ice skating and love to draw. I coach for a wonderful nonprofit program, Girls on the Run (check it out here).

Amy Malave

Profession: I am a Reiki Master and the proud owner of Reiki by Amy. I offer reiki healing, crystal healing, and angel card readings. (Instagram)
Why HudCo? What excites me most is the calming relaxing environment that helps you escape from the hustle and bustle of life. It is a perfect environment for my clients, and definitely provides a nice ambiance for healing to take place. I am so happy I am part of such a wonderful community.

Carol Pollack

Resides in: Dobbs Ferry
Profession & Company: I’m an Inter-Regional Advisor at the United Nations, where I work mainly with city and local governments in developing countries to support their implementation of the UN’s global development framework—the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). (Twitter)
Favorite local business: My favorite meal is basically a cheese plate, so I love Bloomy. I’m also a fan of Affordables—shopping there is a great way to support SDG 12, on sustainable production and consumption!
Favorite tip for staying focused:Lotsa early morning aqueduct walks before I sit down at my computer.
Fun fact: We’re currently having work done on our house but as soon as that’s done, we’re getting a dog and a cat. So my go-to procrastination website these days is petfinder.com. I can lose a lot of time there.
