Licensed Massage Therapist Elizabeth Lalumia stars her residency in HudCo’s Bodywork Room III on Monday, July 20. Elizabeth will be joining us on select Mondays this summer to bring you a lighter, calmer, and more energized start to your week with a Monday massage.

We’re thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Lalumia to HudCo for the latter part of the summer. Her surname, Lalumia, translates to “lighter of lamps.” Her work reflects that meaning through a therapeutic approach designed to help clients reflect and reconnect with their inner light. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your body’s unique needs, leaving you feeling grounded and renewed.

Elizabeth Lalumia, LMT graduated from The Swedish Institute in New York City and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006.

Elizabeth brings two decades of experience and a whole-person approach to her practice. Recognizing the powerful connection between physical and mental well-being, she creates personalized therapeutic sessions that support both relaxation and lasting wellness.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your session can begin on time.
• A brief client intake form must be completed prior to your massage.
• Wear comfortable clothing and plan to hydrate before and after your session.
• If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please let your therapist know before your appointment so your session can be tailored to your needs.
• Refunds are subject to approval. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate another appointment time whenever possible.
