While we are unable to host movement classes indoors, our instructors have been getting creative with some on-demand content so you can get moving at home. We’re also starting to livestream some classes, which is perfect if you like to participate in real time.
Mat Pilates with Diana
Join Diana Bufalini for a mat Pilates class that will leave you lengthened, strengthened, and aligned. Diana has three Pilates certifications, including over 500 hours of training in functional anatomy at New York’s Kane School. For over 15 years, Diana has been crafting large mat classes for groups of up to 40 clients, and private sessions that speak to the individual needs of each practitioner. She’s created a few videos on our YouTube channel that are ideal for small pockets of time, which is all most of us can seem to squeeze out these days.
Yoga with Christine
Christine Aziz of Ahimsa Acupuncture combines her experiences of teaching vinyasa yoga (with an Iyengar and Buddhist influence) with her Chinese Medicine training and advance knowledge of Essential Oils to create a class full of fun, safe sequencing, and deep contemplation. Come and experience a unique approach to self-care and leave with new skills to support your health and well-being. She’s also back to practicing acupuncture in her wellness office, where she uses a Japanese approach along with trigger point acupuncture, essential oils, and Chinese herbs as needed.
