The Packages
A HudCo membership includes as much access to the coworking lounge as you think you’ll need—whether it’s just on occasion or every workday. We’re open M-F, excluding holidays.
The Unlimited
HudCo is your second home. Come to the space as often as you need, we got you.- Restrictions aren’t your thing. Get unlimited visits to our fully-serviced open work lounges and common areas, access to widescreen monitors, and $120 credit each month toward meeting room bookings (including the Conference Room, Chat Room, or Atrium). Mail service included.

The Ten
Ample time to actually get everything done—without the distractions at home.- Join this community of your most talented, inspirational neighbors. Enjoy our communal tables, the oh-so-quiet Study, bookable phone booths, plus meeting room access. You’ve got 10 visits each month to grab a seat and get in the zone. Mail service included.

The Five
A flexible plan that's perfect for spicing up your workweek with a little HudCo sauce.- Meet future collaborators, friends, and business partners. Take your laptop to an open workstation, communal table, or ergonomic sofa for 5 visits each month. Perfect for consultants, freelancers, and part-time commuters. Mail service included.

Private Office
We'll work with you to get you the dedicated space you need. Starting at- For those who do their best work in a dedicated space, we offer gorgeously designed rooms to do just that. You also get access to all onsite amenities and meeting rooms. Two office sizes are available—single occupant and 4-person—and plans start at one day each week. Mail service included.

The Social
Make new connections at events and book our meeting rooms at great rates.- Enjoy discounted programming, fabulous perks with local businesses, 6 hrs/mo phone booth access, and free coffee and Nespresso in the kitchen. But most importantly, access our app to book meeting rooms at affordable rates, purchase day passes, post news on our messageboard, and connect with fellow members. Add mail services at $40/mo.
Family Add-On
You and your partner take turns coming to HudCo. You both get sh*t done.- Two members, one bill. Add your spouse, friend, or even a business partner as a member and take turns using the visits provided in your membership package. You both get the discounts and booking access. Created for families juggling work and child care.
Month-to-month contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment. Additional $99 Activation Fee is required. Conference Room and Atrium is available to members only for reservation during office hours and select weekend times. Need more days? Additional visits are $40/day.
