It's the dream workday—movement classes, headshot sessions, coaching, tasty eats, and a little networking.On Friday, January 24, we’re hosting another installment of the Ultimate HudCo Day, where we showcase all the things that help make a day at HudCo worth the visit. Members can sign up for sessions using the links provided on the HudCo app messageboard; non-members (future members??) can purchase a day pass here on Eventbrite, and then will receive the links to sign up for the activities.We aim to create a space that’s more than just desks and thrift store treasures. A cocktail of mobility work, strength exercises, cardio bursts, stretching and exercise modalities.The class includes mobility work, strength exercises, cardio bursts, stretching and mindfulness. A cocktail of different exercise modalities to reactivate your mind and body. During the strength component we will use ankle weights, bands, and gliders. All exercises can be modified to suit different levels and needs. Will supply the fitness kit: ankle weights, gliders, therapy balls, bands.

This class will reset your nervous system. All levels welcome, no supplies needed.
